Hi, my name is Amanda Wallace and for the past 21 years, I have worked as a trained and insured deep tissue massage therapist and alignment specialist. I have the ability to source exactly what is causing pain in the muscles and most of the skeletal structure. My work is some of the best deep tissue massage therapy in the Kootneys.I would love the chance to offer you hope and help you create health, and comfort,  in a supportive massage home environment for healing the body. I am always looking for new clients as a high number of my past clients have been restored and or come to see me to maintain their health or body or mind

I am a Licensed massage therapist in Nelson BC which means if you have flex benefits or general benefits you are covered. But even if you don’t I work from home so I get to pass a lower treatment price onto you!

Are you fearful of chiropractors or chiropractic adjustments?

I can offer a very technical approach with my deep tissue massage that can achieve the same or similar level of alignment with less cracking and popping. I get so nervous when I visit a chiropractor. I like most of what they offer but I am not a fan of neck twisting. Over the years I have developed my own methods to put the neck and body back in alignment and would love to offer you the chance to experience this type of healing for yourself.

I work like no other therapist I know. My work in massage therapy is extremely intuitive as I let your body tell me what it needs. I am constantly being told by my clients, ‘Wow, you really know EXACTLY where to go don;t you?’. I have a talent for finding the problem and getting to the source of the issue to get you the results you need. I will work the tissue till it releases and in the process of my work I will align your joint structures  as well.

Everyone knows what they should do, but it can be tough to create and then sustain the habits to stay healthy and stay motivated. Let me hold that space for you as I bring you to a place of creating real change and get you the results you want. I have been a intermittent fasting coach, and am now branching out to a individualized whole body holistic healing and personal coaching. This can include everything from creating a new diet, and life plan, to helping you sustain one that you are already on. Or teaching you how to eat to heal your body and mind from diseases and slow or reverse aging.I am trained with the best health coach program around.
