Powerful Natural Suncare Products to Heal and Protect Your Skin From the Sun
Sun is not your enemy!
The sun is not your enemy. Just get that out of your head right now! The sun makes living things grow and allows your body to synthesize vitamin D. The real problem with the sun is the UV rays. They cause free radicals to happen in your cells and that in turn creates cell damage that we associate with the Sun.
When I was a kid Uncle Remus would put me to bed. Sorry, that’s an old Don Williams song. I’m just making sure you are still with me. 🙂 But I when I was a kid I got sunstroke very badly one summer and ever since then every summer I couldn’t go out in the sun for very long before I started feeling sick until I discovered antioxidants. Antioxidants are what protect your body from continually creating free radicals and making you sick I take them internally every day and this is my secret sauce for staying young vital and healthy. However, they’re just as powerful on the outside of your skin and are an excellent sunscreen option.
So many people have been asking me about suncare lately. it’s only fitting with the warmer months coming and everybody wanting to get outside and start to feel like we are living in a pre covid world. But can we do that safely? Can we actually go out in the sun and not burn? Can we synthesize vitamin D? Can the sun actually be our friend? The answer to all of this is yes. I know you might be skeptical but let’s look at the facts and the evidence as I take a moment to educate you on the best natural suncare products and how to care for your skin in the sun. what I’m about to show you is also one way to stop the build-up of toxins in your body
First, let’s start with the dont’s it is amazing to me how we’ve been sold this bill of goods. If we all just put sunscreen on our skin every day we will avoid skin cancer and sunburns and everything will be amazing and wonderful! But have you seen the list of chemicals and the products they’re trying to sell us to protect us? It’s appalling to me the list of chemicals so we are being told is good for us. Most of these chemicals are carcinogens. Carcinogens cause cancer! so why are we still putting these Chemicals that are bad for your skin on our bodies?
oxybenzone or benzophenone avobenzone Cyclopentasiloxane Cyclomethicone formaldehyde Diazolidinyl urea quaternium-15 DMD h hydantoin hydroxymethyl glycinate homosalate methylisothiazolinone microbeads nanoparticles octocrylene octyl methoxycinnamate
parabens Phthalates retinyl palmitate sodium lauryl laureth sulphate zinc oxide.
The list is long and I don’t have to tell you that these are all chemicals that are not good to be putting on your body. Things like formaldehyde, urea, [which is dehydrated pee by the way] parabens and sulfates are all things that do not belong in your skin as you can see zinc oxide is included in the list and that’s because some companies will try to sell you zinc it’s clear until you it’s safe for your skin but it’s not. I’ve included a link for details about all of these if you want more information.
Ok so now that that’s out there and I’ve got your attention what can be done instead? Well, I’ll tell you! Here is where we look at powerful natural suncare products!

Stop Putting Crap On Your Skin
The sun is sneaky, Its invisible ultraviolet A and B rays cause early skin aging like wrinkles, dark sun spots, fine lines, and crow’s feet. UV radiation does more than damage the surface of your skin; it alters the actual DNA of your skin cells! The sun’s rays penetrate your skin deeply and cause the formation of harmful molecules called free radicals. These free radicals cause damage to your skin’s cells and tissues, causing genetic mutations that can lead to skin cancer, and even cellular death. Fortunately, there’s scientific evidence that green tea not only fights free radicals from within – it also helps to reverse the effects of sun damage. Antioxidants neutralize the free radical damage caused by exposure to the Sun. In addition, antioxidants help skin against other sources of free radicals such blue light from devices.
